NewsRevere's great gains on state test scores: We are excited to announce that Paul Revere students are making huge leaps in academic achievement. As measured by the California Standards Test this past school year, the level of proficiency in English Language Arts rose by double digits in every grade level that takes the exam (2nd through 8th grades). This growth of between 11 and 36 percentage points was higher than at any other school in SFUSD.And during the past 5 years, Paul Revere's elementary school (K–5) has had the highest growth in SFUSD in both English Language Arts and Math for grade levels that take the test (2nd through 5th grades). Not only has a significant number of students moved from below grade level to proficient, many have moved beyond proficient to advanced.
