The PTA hopes to raise $50,000 this school year to increase learning outside the classroom, to support good teaching, and to promote healthy lifestyles, all within the context of building a broader and more active community at Paul Revere.

With your help, we already have raised $20,000 toward that goal. That money is being used:

• to pay for field trips,
• to launch a fruit and vegetable garden at school,
• to buy books in Spanish and English for our classrooms and library, among other projects.

La Asociación de Padres y Maestros espera recaudar $50,000 este año escolar para aumentar la enseñanza adentro y afuera del salón, para apoyar a los maestros, y para promover un estilo de vida saludable entre nuestros alumnos -- todo con la misión de fortalecer nuestra comunidad de Paul Revere.

Con su ayuda, hemos recaudado $20,000. Los fondos se están usando:

• para financiar excursiones,
• para empezar a crear una hortaliza en la escuela,
• para comprar libros en español y ingles para los salones y la biblioteca, entre otros proyectos.
