We see our Saturday programs as a way for parents to follow through on the work we are doing with their children at our workshops by making science a family affair, as, really, all education should be. So we hope your families will follow through whenever possible…..we now have 18 Saturday programs through the school year between our two workshops. We have built new exhibits for you as well as doing substantial collecting over the summer – including humpback whale bones, as well as new bone puzzles and assemblies, Cambrian trilobites (500+ million years old) from Utah, as well as a human hamster wheel which is competing with the our snakes and water “lab” for attention. |
